Glasgow Deli in Dover

Really disappointed with my last visit. We've always loved coming here but our Cheesesteaks tasted like they were reheated...very dry. Not one but both of them! Won't be going back.

This should be a 4.5.The place makes good cheesesteaks. The big issue was having enough cheese. I had mine with Swiss instead of American, as AMERICAN IS NOT CHEESE!!! That being said, it was hard to tell that there was cheese on the sandwich. But it was very tasty.The bacon/broccoli bites (picture attached) weer also very nice. The place itself is very no-frills and the crowd skewed very old-white people. Definitely will return!

I worked here for 3 years for Steve and Theresa. Good food, great people, and a welcoming atmosphere. I still go to eat there whenever I can. Highly recommend.

Firstly time there. People there are friendly, and the food is the BOMB!!! Girls night out sandwich is really really freshly made and delicious. Will DEFINITELY go back!!!

The owner of this establishment needs customer service skills. My order was messed up twice and they rufused to return my money for there mistake! Yelled and embarrassed me in front of other customers. 🤦🏽‍♂️ No professionalism!!

Great service and excellent subs and steaks I'm originally from Glasgow area so I know about the original Glasgow and its the same great taste.

I went to Glasglow Deli as I heard they had some great sandwiches. I went in an ordered one of their cheesesteaks and was thoroughly impressed. The serving size was good and it also came with a good amount of fries. I would recommend this deli to all my friends and plan to go back the next time I am in Dover.

The classic Italian sub was not very good. I ask for oregano and some put a lot on the sub, so i had to take off half the sub to even eat it. I won't go there. And that was my first visit and last.

I'm originally from New Castle County but since moving to Dover I'm so happy there is a Glasgow Deli down here!!! The subs are fantastic!!!

Love the goodies and especially the service at Glasgow Deli, our "go to" when we are out and about. All the servers make us feel like family. I can even special order my favorite! Cheeseburger topped with bacon and egg on whole wheat toast with a little mayo. The only neg is that they're not open Sundays, but I know they need family time too!

Best steak sandwich in the country. I drive from just above Tampa, FL. ,1000 miles, and they are always first on my dining list.

In my opinion in the best cheesesteak in Delaware and price's. Excellent customer service and a clean place to eat in if not taking out.

They serve large dishes and for reasonable prices. nice staff. 5 stars from me.

Just a very basic place to go get breakfast brunch and lunch. They're not open on Sundays so don't try. No Frills kind of place to eat. Basic tables seats TV on the wall and a lot of old time albums from the 70s and 80s hanging on the wall. It's fun to go through them and see how many you had growing up. Food is always excellent and comes out hot. Prices are very reasonable. If you're a gourmet coffee drinker get an iced tea, if you like truck stop coffee this is your place. Great place to stop in early morning while doing chores food comes out quick and again, very tasty.
